- Beautifully crafted stainless steel exhaust systems built from .065 - .035 thickness 304 or 321 Stainless Steel. Individual tubes are sealed, filled with argon for better weld quality and then tig welded. Our top end merge collectors are made by Burns and tuned to your particular engine size and cam timing. They feature the double slip fit connectors for no leaks and no stress connections and ultra light mufflers. Systems can be polished for a spectacular show car look.
- GT40 Xtreme Headers (Replica, Equal Length, Stepped)
- We have a precise jig for building these performance headers in the 180 degree style for ERA GT40s. The header styles are an authentic replica of the version most popularly used on the original Ford GT Mk1 or an equal length racing version and even a stepped primary design. We just need a few critical dimensions from you and we can build a set of headers that will bolt right in your ERA GT40. Given a little more development time we can adapt the jig for building headers for other manufacturer's GT40s. Call or email us for model availability.

- We can build headers for any classic or race car. The presence of your car in our shop for a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks will be necessary.
